Enrollment & Intake Process

Our intake process starts with the  enrollment form  This  10 minute  document allows the caregiver to ask for any clarifications or additional questions regarding services or begin the Intake Process.


Our intake process involves multiple steps to ensure we have a clear understanding of the client and caregiver's support system, strengths, needs, goals, and expected treatment outcomes.  The client and caregiver will also have the opportunity to directly meet their operations and clinical staff. Services with Insurance:

Because services are being requested through your insurance company, the clients start date may be delayed between 7 and 14 days. We currently are in network with Cigna and MagellanHealth. Some plans may honor out of network benefits.  We recommend you complete the DT assessment to see if you qualify for our private pay options or hybrid services.

Services with Private Pay:

Services requested with private pay follow the same steps as our insurance guidelines, however they are typically able to start services sooner. Our "Meet & Greet and Assessment" has a flat rate of 150$ and is typically completed in 2 hours. After the assessment has been completed and DT has determined client needs, a private pay rate will be agreed by DT and the caregiver. Private pay rates are influenced by the service being completed (therapy, tutoring, shadow, etc), the credentialed staff member,. and the client's frequency of hours.
